More than 75 people have now submitted tens of thousands of dollars and growing to a lawsuit working to stop this poorly planned project from ruining the quiet peaceful neighborhood of Perdido Beach and Soldier Creek itself. This project drastically affects all of us who know and love Soldier Creek and would have already been completed if it wasn’t for the lawsuit and legal fight.
